RN Weekend Supervisor Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Ridgeway Rehab Center in Catonsville, Maryland. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, leading a team of dedicated nursing staff, and ensuring that our high standards of quality care are met. ** Responsibilities:** Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning resident care and facility operations Coordinate with other resident services to ensure that residents' total regimen of care is maintained Participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility's quality assurance program Assist in planning the nursing services portion of the resident's discharge plan as necessary Provide oversight and guidance to licensed staff (LPNs, GNAs, CMAs) on resident care Requirements: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, current licensure with State Board of Nursing Examiners Ability to speak, read, and write the English language Experience in a long-term care facility, preferably in a weekend supervisor or similar role Why Work for Us: At Ridgeway Rehab Center, we pride ourselves on providing a positive work culture, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits package.
