Litigation Attorney - Third Party Insurance Defense

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Scottsdale, AZ, with extensive experience in insurance defense. Duties Handle a broad range of insurance defense matters, including personal injury, construction, premises liability, and trucking cases. Manage cases independently while collaborating effectively with team members. Conduct regular court appearances, hearings, and depositions. Communicate with clients and prepare monthly status reports. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work product. Maintain an average of 165+ billable/collected hours per month, unless otherwise approved by firm management. Requirements 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience. Strong analytical, written, and verbal advocacy skills. Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Arizona. Dual licensure in Arizona and Texas is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Arizona. Skills Strong commitment to client service and proactive mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
