Location: Arden Hills, MN

Pay Rate:

• Up to $20.50 per hour (1st Shift)
• Up to $22.50 per hour (2nd Shift)

Schedules Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Looking for a warehouse role that offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work with inventory systems? We are seeking a Warehouse Material Picker to support inventory control, material movement, cycle counting, and logistics operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent related work experience

Experience Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong data entry, reporting, and analytical skills
• Forklift experience is a plus

Job Duties

• Pull and stage materials for production
• Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Troubleshoot SAP transaction issues
• Monitor inventory accuracy and support warehouse improvements
• Maintain vendor kanban systems and track incoming shipments
• Coordinate with purchasing, receiving, quality, and production teams
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly logistics reports
• Assist with expired material disposition and inventory analysis
• Train new employees on inventory processes and cycle counting procedures
• Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
• Cross-train and provide backup support for logistics operations

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
• Frequent bending, reaching, and material handling
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
