Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Provider must be local and already live in the immediate area. Primary location will be (Hope Mills & Francam) but may also cover .

Provider must have experience treating adults and pediatrics (6 months+) and must be able to handle high volume patient care as a sole provider while maintaining a positive attitude that embodies Company's culture of providing high quality health care in our communities. We will not consider new grads. Provider must have at least 12 months of experience.
Provider must have an active NC license and an active NC DEA.

Please review document labeled 'Company - Agency Instructions & Guidelines - READ FIRST.pdf ' under Company Required Forms after bid. This document highlights what will be required including credentialing requirements.
1. Please specify level of proficiency with EPIC, Provider will be required to use Epic
2. Provider must be able to see and treat all patients as the sole provider in the Center
3. Provider should have good soft skills as they will be one on one with support staff and each patient
4. HCO relies on Agency's credentialing of each provider, HCO will process Medicare Enrollment only
5. Once Bid vetted, Clinical Screening/Interview will be setup - if approved (passed) - Provider must provide all credentialing requirements before being scheduled. Once all credentialing requirements are received, Provider Relations Specialist will schedule onboarding/training and ongoing shift coverage. Training is a REQUIREMENT - and occur on set Wednesdays. Provider MUST be able to participate. If they are not able to participate we will not move forward with them. Dates: to be discussed

Call Requirements: No Supervision Requirements: No / HCO will provide Supervising Physician for APPs Travel + Lodging: Not Eligible for travel reimbursement, limited mileage only (60 miles total/roundtrip). Interview Process: Provider must pass a clinical screening. Once passed, provider must go through EMR training and onboarding prior to first shift solo.
