Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Operating Room in last 3 years.
• Skills Assessment ORO skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Additional Confirmations I have not requested more than one holiday off during my assignment.
• Additional Confirmations Robotics experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations Neuro experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations Ability to circulate is required.
• COVID Vaccine 1 booster required. Regular testing required. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
• Requested Time Off Up to 14 days of time off can be requested.
