What You’ll Do Install high-end concrete floor coating systems in residential garages and small commercial spaces Lead or assist a crew (depending on experience) Use grinders, mixers, and hand tools (we provide full training) Prep, repair, and coat concrete floors for a clean, durable finish Drive to job sites across the NH / Southern ME Seacoast Interact professionally with customers and represent the company well What You Get $20–$28/hour , based on experience Full-time or part-time schedules available Paid, hands-on training (no experience required) Retirement plan Clear path to Lead Installer or Crew Manager Supportive team environment — small company, big pride in our work You Bring Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable with physical work (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, bending) Experience in construction, painting, landscaping, or trades is a plus — not required Apply today — we’re interviewing now and positions fill quickly during our busy season.
