Active RN License Required Inpatient Psychiatric / Behavioral Health Experience Required Nursing Leadership / Management Experience Required In this role, you’ll support the DON/CNO in overseeing nursing operations, staff development, quality improvement initiatives, compliance, and crisis management—while helping drive excellence across behavioral health services.
