Shift: 3x12 Nights. This 24/7 in-house respiratory therapy coverage role is in a 100-bed community hospital. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,081–$2,213 per week Shift: 3x12 Nights Start date: 09/14/2026 Contract duration: Weeks Facility/work setting: 100-bed community hospital with 24/7 RT department First-time travelers accepted Responsibilities Provide invasive and noninvasive ventilator management, weaning, and troubleshooting high-pressure alarms Airway management including extubation, tracheostomy care/suctioning, oral/nasal airways, and sputum collection Administer inhaled medications via aerosols, MDI, and related delivery systems Neonatal stabilization when required; support adult and pediatric patient populations ABG interpretation and occasional 12-lead ECG after-hours Chart patient data and care plans in EPIC; float between units (ICU, ED, Med/Surg, Pediatrics, and newborn stabilization) as needed Requirements Active New York state RT license in hand prior to submission Minimum 1 year RT experience; community hospital experience preferred Epic charting experience required (hard requirement) ACLS, BLS, CRT, NRP certifications required Trauma Level I experience preferred Candidates must be outside local commuting radius (typically >50 miles; internal note references 75 miles) — confirm distance with Account Manager Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated support throughout the assignment Pre-approved time off: 1 per contract Competitive weekly pay Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
