Summary: Support onsite leasing, resident relations, and day‑to‑day management operations for a 200‑unit apartment community, working directly with the Property Manager to drive occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction. Responsibilities Handle high‑volume leasing traffic: inquiries, tours, applications, and follow‑ups to maintain strong occupancy across 200 units. Coordinate resident communication and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and consistent documentation for a large resident base. Assist with rent posting, late notices, and renewal tracking for all units, helping the Property Manager manage collections and retention at scale. Support marketing and outreach to keep a stable pipeline of qualified prospects (online listings, social media, signage, referrals).
