Weekend: Every other weekend (EOW)

Pay Rate: $60/hr - $68/hr

Unit & Patient Population

• Unit: Skilled Nursing Unit

• Unit Type: LTC/SNF

• Care Setting: Post Acute

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Unit within an acute-care hospital

• Rooms: Semi-private

• RN Ratio: 5:1

• EMR: Cerner

• Common Diagnoses: Pulmonary conditions requiring oxygen, Alzheimer's disease, and dementia

• Prior SNF/Subacute experience required

Clinical Responsibilities

RNs may be responsible for:

• Medication administration

• Wound care

• Trach care

• IV care

• Oxygen therapy

• Participation in team conferences

• Caring for stable ventilator/trach patients with Respiratory Therapy support

No titratable drips.
No telemetry monitoring.

Requirements

• RN license: Required for submission

• Experience: 2 years

• BSN: Not required

• BLS (AHA): Required

• ACLS (AHA): Required

• NIHSS: AHA or APEX required

• Orientation: 12 hours
