The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall direction, organization, implementation, and execution of HR activities, serving as an internal consultant and collaborative business partner. This role requires a high level of proficiency in HR areas, including legal compliance, training, health and safety, benefits, employee relations, and recruiting. The CPEO will also be tasked with fostering a healthy organizational culture that supports growth and equal opportunity, and must have a strong business acumen, natural persuasive abilities, and a passion for service. Applicants for the Chief People Experience Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in human resources, with a focus on extensive generalist experience. A background in policy formulation, development, and implementation of key HR strategies is essential, as is a minimum of 10 years' in a senior HR role. The ideal candidate will have prior senior management level experience and a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with an MBA or MA/MS preferred. Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP are also desirable. The role demands a leader with strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills, who is well-organized, self-directed, and capable of relating to people at all levels of the organization.
