Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide direct patient care in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Support residents with daily activities and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions accurately.
Maintain a clean and safe environment adhering to facility protocols.
Communicate effectively with patients and team members regarding patient needs.
Follow infection control procedures in line with healthcare standards.
Document all patient interactions and care activities thoroughly.

Qualifications:

Valid CNA license and current certification.
Proven experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
Ability to lift, move, and position patients safely.
Strong patient care and communication skills.
Mandatory COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption.
Reliable and adaptable to shift schedules.
