The position is available immediately, with a focus on providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment.Job DetailsDuration: 13 WeeksShift: Nights, 4x12s (7 PM - 7 AM)Floating required between departmentsBlock scheduling is not availableRole ResponsibilitiesThe Emergency Room Nurse will be responsible for:Assessing, planning, and implementing patient care in the emergency department.Monitoring and managing patient conditions and responding to emergencies.Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, specifically Cerner.Providing education and support to patients and their families.RequirementsActive RN licensure in Indiana.Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and NIHSS.Minimum of 1 year of experience in emergency nursing.Ability to work in a high-stress environment and manage multiple tasks.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Join us in delivering exceptional care in the Emergency Department.
