Packaging Associate I - 2nd Shift

Packaging Associate position on second shift at a medical device manufacturer in Mahwah, New Jersey. Responsible for packaging, labeling, and quality inspections of sterilized products while maintaining manufacturing standards and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform content-to-box and labeling operations for gamma and gas plasma sterilized products
- Maintain gowning requirements including hair nets, beard covers, and gloves
- Conduct visual inspections and ensure regulatory compliance with GMP, QMS, and SOP
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and problem identification
- Maintain 6S, quality, and safety standards in manufacturing environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods
- Capacity to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity
Compensation: $24.30 base + $2.00/hr shift premium
