HIT, Inc. provides a variety of services to people with disabilities in western North Dakota.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with talent acquisition, recruitment and employee retention processes.
• Conducts employee onboarding and helps organize training and development initiatives.
• Assists in enforcing company policies.
• Helps establish performance management, improvement and training programs and systems.
• Manages compensation and employee benefits.Helps maintain up to date training files for all agency staff.
• Educates and assists staff during open enrollment and benefit enrollment for new employees and major life events.
• Conducts on-site training for new and veteran staff.
• Ensures all employees are added and/or removed from Therap and assigned privileges as needed.
• Conducts exit interviews to understand employee behavior.
• Oversees Agency Wellness programs and develops activities to promote healthy living.
• Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

This position must have a general understanding of human resource policies and procedures. Good knowledge of employment and labor laws. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems. Have excellent communication and people skills and a desire to work as a team.

Bachelors Degree from a college or university or two to three years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33 - 40 per week
