Senior QA Automation Engineer / Senior QA Analyst

Location: Hybrid – Cincinnati or Atlanta
Duration: 12-month Contract-to-Hire
Visa: US Citizen or Green Card only
Must Have Skills
- Strong QA Automation experience (95% automation)
- C#,.NET, Selenium, Visual Studio
- API Testing + Postman
- SQL queries with joins
- BDD/Test case writing
- Agile/Scrum environment
- Strong communication & team collaboration
Preferred
- ADA/WCAG accessibility testing
- Java experience
- Automation framework knowledge
Team Structure
- 3 Developers
- 2 QA Engineers
- 1 Product Owner
- 1 Scrum Master
- Shared DevOps/DBA support
Interview Process
- Behavioral round with Manager + Director (30 mins)
- Technical panel round with QA specialists (1 hour)
Manager Notes
- Looking for genuine senior QA engineers
- Strong API and automation knowledge required
- Candidates should be hands-on and adaptable
- Fast-paced scrum environment with monthly releases
5 Must have qualifications:
- 5 plus years knowledge of Automation Testing frameworks for APIs and UI and strong understanding of protocols, APIs (REST/SOAP), web technologies.
- 3 plus years of C# and.NET knowledge (Linq, Genics,.NET 6)
- 3 plus years of TSQL Queries and able to write complex queries.
- 3 plus years of experience in QA with a focus on accessibility testing.
- Strong knowledge of ADA compliance and WCAG 2.1/2.2 (Level A and AA) standards.
- Postman knowledge for manual testing.
