Utah Licensed Cybersecurity Manager

Leading the enterprise-wide cybersecurity incident response and insider threat program, the full-time Utah Licensed Cybersecurity Manager will prepare the organization to detect, respond to, and recover from cybersecurity incidents while collaborating with various departments to manage high-impact situations and enhance operational resilience. Key Responsibilities Lead the enterprise cybersecurity incident response program, including preparation, detection, and recovery activities Own and operate the Insider Threat Program, defining detection and response processes across people, process, and technology Collaborate with SOC leadership to enhance monitoring and response automation while driving continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations or incident response with progressive responsibility 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing cybersecurity operations or incident response Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience required CISSP certification strongly preferred; other relevant certifications such as GCIH or CISM are desirable Experience in leading enterprise-scale incident response programs, preferably in financial services or regulated industries
