What we're looking for in a Class A DriverTo thrive as a Class A Driver at Brown-Wilbert Inc, you'll need a unique blend of skills that ensure not just efficiency, but also compassion in your work. A professional demeanor is essential. Mechanical and equipment handling skills are crucial, including crane operation and rigging, as well as truck maintenance to keep your Boom Truck in top shape. Safe driving is paramount, so a clean record and compliance with DOT standards are non-negotiable. Physical endurance will help you manage the demands of loading and transporting materials, while attention to detail will ensure precision during setups.
Lastly, possessing a valid Class A Driver's License and the ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test are essential for success in this role.
