Director of Sales and Marketing

Role Description The Director of Sales and Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Augusta, GA, responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth for the community. This role oversees all sales and marketing activities, including developing and executing strategic plans, managing lead generation, and nurturing relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners. The Director will conduct tours, coordinate events, and follow up with inquiries to convert leads into move-ins while maintaining accurate sales reports and metrics. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the community leadership team, guiding staff on customer service standards, monitoring market trends and competitors, and ensuring all marketing materials and campaigns align with Charter Senior Living's brand and values. The role also involves mentoring and supporting team members to sustain a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceptional resident-focused service. Qualifications Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, including lead management, pipeline tracking, and closing techniques. Demonstrated Customer Service experience with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships with residents, families, and referral sources. Proven Team Management abilities to coach, motivate, and coordinate staff around sales and service goals. Business Development experience in identifying opportunities, networking with community partners, and growing referral channels. Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related service industries is highly beneficial. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Comfort with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting to track performance and inform strategy. High level of professionalism, integrity, and empathy, with a commitment to Charter Senior Living' resident-first culture.
