Schedule: Rotating shifts

Experience: Minimum 5 years of nursing experience required
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - Long Term Care for a contract assignment in Honolulu, HI. This role involves providing quality nursing care to long-term care residents while supporting daily clinical operations, documentation, medication administration, and patient safety in a skilled care environment.
Responsibilities
• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents based on individual care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor resident conditions accurately
• Document assessments, interventions, and care updates in PointClickCare
• Collaborate with providers, nursing staff, residents, and families to support quality care
Requirements
• Active Hawaii Registered Nurse license required prior to contract start
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience required; Long Term Care experience preferred
• BLS required; additional certifications may be required based on facility needs
• Must be available for rotating shifts, weekends as needed, and holiday coverage
