About the Role We are hiring Clinical Informatics professionals and Epic Build Analysts to help evaluate advanced AI systems operating across complex healthcare technology workflows. This role is ideal for professionals who understand Epic from both a technical and operational perspective, including workflow configuration, system navigation, clinical operations, and cross-functional healthcare tooling. You will help AI systems better understand how sophisticated healthcare workflows are designed, configured, and executed inside enterprise healthcare systems. Hourly Rate: $130/hr Responsibilities Review AI-generated healthcare systems workflows for technical and operational accuracy Evaluate Epic-based scenarios involving workflow configuration, chart review, documentation, and billing operations Analyze multi-step healthcare system interactions across clinical and operational environments Translate real-world Epic workflow logic into structured AI evaluation tasks Provide detailed written feedback on healthcare systems reasoning and workflow execution Document workflow decisions and operational logic clearly and consistently Requirements 2–6+ years of professional Epic EHR experience in clinical informatics, Epic build, or healthcare systems operations Experience configuring, supporting, or navigating Epic workflows in healthcare environments Strong familiarity with healthcare operational systems and cross-functional clinical workflows Ability to interpret complex multi-step healthcare workflows accurately Strong written communication and analytical reasoning skills High attention to detail and process quality Preferred Backgrounds Candidates with experience in the following areas are especially encouraged to apply: Clinical Informatics Epic Build and Configuration Healthcare Systems Operations Workflow Design Clinical Operations Technology Healthcare Data Workflows Systems Integration Operational Process Optimization Experience with Epic certifications, HL7/FHIR workflows, SQL, Python, or healthcare systems integration is a plus.
