We are seeking an experienced **Loader Operator** with strong mechanical aptitude to support our concrete plant operations in Boonville, Missouri. This full-time role offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and long-term career growth in a safety-first, team-oriented environment.**Position Summary**The Loader Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a front-end loader, supporting concrete production, and assisting with basic mechanical and maintenance needs to ensure smooth and consistent daytime operations.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities*** Safely operate a front-end loader and other heavy equipment as required.* Load, transport, and manage materials to support continuous concrete production.* Move material from stockpiles to feeder bins with accuracy and efficiency.* Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance, including fueling, lubricating, and checking fluid levels.* Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and assist maintenance personnel as needed.* Maintain a clean and safe work area.* Assist with general plant maintenance and special projects as assigned.* Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and PPE requirements.* Perform additional duties as needed to support plant operations.## Qualifications**Qualifications & Requirements*** Minimum of three (3) years’ experience operating a front-end loader required.* Mechanical experience or strong mechanical aptitude required (equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or similar hands-on experience).* Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.* Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and travel as needed.* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.* Reliable transportation required.* Must successfully pass a pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screening, and background check.* **Candidates will be required to complete a skills assessment as part of the interview process.****Compensation & Benefits*** Highly competitive pay* Comprehensive benefits package, including: + Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance + 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match + Company-Paid Life Insurance + Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage* Stable, full-time employment* Supportive team environment focused on safety and quality* Opportunities for advancement within a growing organization---**This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that’s helping shape the future of infrastructure.**Apply today and put your skills to work with **Capital Materials**.*Capital Materials is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
