THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Experience & Skills:
- Strong engineering operations skills with mechanical abilities.
- Proficiency in at least three of the following areas, with basic to advanced skills in others:
- Air conditioning & refrigeration
- Electrical & mechanical systems
- Plumbing
- Pneumatic/electronic systems & controls
- Carpentry & finishing
- Kitchen equipment & vehicles
- Energy conservation
- General building management
- Expertise in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, AM, PM, overnight, and overtime as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
