Role Overview The Dental Hygienist provides exceptional patient care, working as a key member of the clinical team to promote oral health and deliver preventative services. Responsibilities performing dental hygiene procedures, screening patients, documenting medical history, and supporting patient education. The role offers comprehensive mentorship, ongoing training, and a supportive environment to develop clinical skills and confidence. Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in MN, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, CPR certification, and knowledge of dental procedures and documentation. Preferred experience includes familiarity with digital tools and a desire for continuous learning. Skills & Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations, prolonged sitting and standing, lifting up to 45 pounds, and attending periodic training. A TB test is required prior to employment.
