Location: On-site Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Staff Accountant for our manufacturing industry client to start immediately at a competitive salary. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire! Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and journal entries
- Perform monthly bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Support external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Experience with inventory and cost accounting preferred
- CPA or progress toward certification is a plus
- QuickBooks proficiency and data entry skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
