Candidates must be currently located in, or planning to relocate to, the following location: Territory: Solano County: Vallejo, American Canyon, Hercules and minimal visits to Napa County* What you’ll do as a Home Health Speech Therapist/Language Pathologies (ST): In partnership with the Case Manager you will provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders that affect communication. Knowledge of state and federal homecare regulatory guidelines preferred.
