Factory Motor Parts Co. is seeking a Regional Battery Sales Manager to lead the Battery Route Sales team in our Illinois territory. You will drive revenue growth, develop programs, and ensure profitability across shipments, inventory, and returns.

The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and the ability to train and coach a high-performing team. Expect up to 50% travel and close collaboration with merchandising and finance to achieve strategic goals.
