This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects in Florence, SC, where you will play a key role in shaping new homes and ensuring top-notch plumbing systems. Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in new mobile homes and modular construction. Collaborate with contractors and builders to ensure plumbing designs meet specifications. Conduct inspections and tests on plumbing systems to ensure functionality and safety. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations. Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues on-site during construction. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential plumbing, specifically in new construction. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations. Must be able to trench using a mini-excavator and a trencher. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed. Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license with a good record. Capable of driving a truck and hauling a trailer loaded with a mini excavator and trencher. Must agree to drug and alcohol testing and background checks.
