Job TitleJob Functions:Live and embraces American Social Vision and Core ValuesReports to work on time and prepared for the shiftFollows all Image and Appearance standardsMonitors product supply and replenishes stock when necessaryReads order tickets and/or listens to what dishes are called to determine what items need to be preparedPrioritizes cooking and preparation times of each order to ensure proper pacing of guest mealsAccommodate guests' special requestsPrepares food items using recipe, proper portioning, and cooking standards to fulfill guests' ordersUses FIFO procedures to ensure freshness of product and eliminate wasteHigh production standards including, consistency, firmness, and temperature of foodEnsures food is cooked to standards and guests' specificationsEnsure proper plate presentation, portioning, and recipe adherenceUses proper cooking equipment to prepare food items and to complete food ordersCleans station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces using the proper cleaning solutions to ensure station remains sanitizedAssists other employees as neededDemonstrate a helpful, positive attitude at all times to guests and employeesUnderstand and adhere to all safety, sanitation, and administrative proceduresProvide complete and timely communication to other employees throughout the shiftIs prepared to conduct weekly maintenance dutiesComplete all assigned tasks and duties requested by managersQualifications:Minimum of 18 years of ageAbility to work Late Night shifts, potentially to between 12 AM – 3AMWorks assigned scheduled shiftsFood handling certificate requiredFluent in English; able to speak, read, writeAbility to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracyAbility to transport items up to 30 poundsRemain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shiftSatisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to theirMay apply in person between 1PM-6PM Monday through Friday at the address below.
