Key Responsibilities for the Billing Specialist:

• Prepare, review, and submit invoices through customer billing portals and internal systems

• Verify billing accuracy against contracts, project requirements, and approved rates

• Track invoice status and resolve discrepancies, rejections, and billing issues

• Collect, validate, and reconcile employee timesheets to projects and work orders

• Maintain organized billing documentation and audit-ready project records

Qualifications for the Billing Specialist:

• 2+ years of billing, accounting support, or administrative experience

• Experience with electronic billing systems and customer invoicing portals

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications

• Strong attention to detail with experience managing documentation and records
