Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 06/15/2026 - Duration: 12 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: /n RN - MICU /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with holiday rotation /n• 12-week assignment duration /n• Every other weekend requirement /n• Patient ratio of 1:2 /n• No on-call responsibilities /n• Float within scope as needed, same expectation as current staff nurses (agency floats first) /n• Minimum 1 year of experience required (2 years preferred) /n• First-time travelers not accepted /n• Travel experience required /n• South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start /n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS /n• Epic experience required /n• Charge experience preferred /n• Royal blue scrubs required /n• Guaranteed hours with facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks /n• All RTO must be included at time of submission /n• Local candidates not accepted (60-mile radius rule) /n• Hurricane season awareness required (June-November) as staff may be assigned to emergency response teams /n• Pre-start modules required (average 4 hours, non-billable) /n/n Facility: /n This acute care hospital features 276 staffed beds and provides comprehensive medical intensive care services.
