Airport Grounds Maintenance Technician I- Airfield

Starting salary begins at $20/hr. ($41,600) Posting expires: July 21, 2026 General Description and Classification Standards: The Grounds Maintenance Technician I is responsible for assisting with routine grounds maintenance activities to help ensure airport grounds, roadways, pedestrian areas, parking areas, and landscaped spaces are safe, clean, and visually presentable. This position supports airport operations by performing assigned tasks, assisting with inspections, and responding to service requests in both secured and non-secured airport environments under established procedures and supervision. Supervision Received: Works under direct supervision and follows established policies, standard operating procedures, and written instructions to accomplish assigned tasks.
