Acieta is seeking a remote Service Technician II to diagnose system downtime, coordinate field support, and ensure rapid recovery of production for customers. You will troubleshoot, decide independently, and collaborate with Field Service Managers to deliver reliable support.
You will handle customer calls during business hours, participate in monthly after-hours on-call rotation, and assist with quotes, parts, and service documentation while maintaining safety and policy adherence.
