We’re looking for a reliable Claims Support Representative to join New Paradigm Staffing, helping billing and insurance teams resolve issues that may delay payment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work and communicating clearly with internal teams. You’ll receive support tickets, research claim details, and complete simple tasks that help keep claims moving forward.
