Machine Operator - Forge & CNC

Must be willing to submit to a nationwide background check and pre-employment drug screen

Temp to Hire - approximately 90 days

The ideal candidate will be:

Hard working
Reliable/On Time
Experienced in a manufacturing environment (it’s not for everyone!)
Able to be trained in all areas of the shop, (Forge & CNC)

Job Title: Manufacturing / Forge Operator
Location: Cleveland, OH 44111
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm
Pay: $20+ per hour - Eligible for Raise and Benefits after hired on.

Responsibilities:

Work with a team to assemble products and components
Rotate through tasks across production processes
Perform quality checks on parts and finished products
Operate forging equipment (hammers, presses, upsetters)
Handle secondary operations as assigned
Prepare products for shipment
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Assist in other departments as needed

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing/factory experience preferred (willing to train candidates with the right attitude)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Team-oriented and dependable
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
