Machine Operator - Forge & CNC

Temp to Hire - approximately 90 days
The ideal candidate will be:
- Hard working
- Reliable/On Time
- Experienced in a manufacturing environment (it’s not for everyone!)
- Able to be trained in all areas of the shop, (Forge & CNC)
Job Title: Manufacturing / Forge Operator
Location: Cleveland, OH 44111
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm
Pay: $20+ per hour - Eligible for Raise and Benefits after hired on.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a team to assemble products and components
- Rotate through tasks across production processes
- Perform quality checks on parts and finished products
- Operate forging equipment (hammers, presses, upsetters)
- Handle secondary operations as assigned
- Prepare products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist in other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing/factory experience preferred (willing to train candidates with the right attitude)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
