What You'll Do

• Conduct Patient Assessment
• Assess physical function and design individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique recovery goals.

• Execute Rehabilitation Techniques
• Implement evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and equipment-assisted techniques to restore mobility and function.

• Track Patient Improvement
• Monitor outcomes, document progress, and modify care plans to ensure consistent progress toward rehabilitation milestones.

• Coordinate with Healthcare Teams
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

• Guide Patients and Caregivers
• Educate patients and family members on home exercises, adaptive techniques, and healthy lifestyle habits to support long-term success.

• Encourage Wellness and Mobility
• Advocate for physical activity, preventative strategies, and continued wellness to promote independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

• Licensure & Certification: Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Texas
• Certification in specialized areas (e.g., orthopedics, geriatrics, neurology) is a plus

• Skills & Experience: Experience in a clinical or outpatient rehab setting preferred
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare setting
