Vacation Sales Managers work in our Retail Marketing team, selling vacation getaways in Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's. Lead a high-performing team in a lively environment, guiding 3-4 Sales Representatives to engage with customers and sell vacation packages. Sales Representatives enjoy the benefit of uncapped commission, meaning the more they sell, the higher their earnings and yours as well! On average, the team can finalize a sale in under 10 minutes, resulting in satisfied vacationers. • Passion for interacting with guests and a strong desire for career advancement.
• Previous sales experience is preferred, with a minimum of one year of hospitality and/or customer service experience, particularly in a commission-based environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with a driven spirit and a proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills are required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
