Job Description

Snapshot / Role Overview

We're looking for a Commercial HVAC Service and Project Sales Executive in the Inland Empire to win service agreements and retrofit projects with owners of offices, schools, hospitals, and data centers.

Impact

Grow revenue through service agreements and retrofit work.
Expand presence across the Inland Empire's institutional and private sectors.
Build relationships with decision makers that outlast any single project.

Responsibilities

Sell service and retrofit projects to owners, facility managers, and developers.
Focus on office, education, healthcare, and data infrastructure.
Create scopes, write proposals, and collaborate on estimates.
Manage leads, pipeline, and CRM updates.
Follow up with discipline and close consistently.

Must-Haves

Five or more years of commercial HVAC service and retrofit sales.
A record of closing with building owners and operators.
Excellent organization, follow-up, and communication.
Local to Riverside or the Inland Empire with a valid driver's license.
References that confirm quota achievement and client satisfaction.

Nice-to-Haves

Public sector, OSHPD, or data center experience.
Energy program and incentive knowledge.

Compensation and Logistics

Competitive salary depending on experience, plus benefits. Based in the Inland Empire.
