Contract | Travel | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, implementing appropriate nursing interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Adhere to all applicable Florida state healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (Florida license or eligibility required; AHCA compliance required for Florida placement)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current NIHSS certification required
• Housing within 50 miles of the facility must be secured prior to acceptance; a confirmed address is required at time of placement (hotel accommodations are not sufficient)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity or critical care travel nursing role
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems used in acute care environments
• Strong ability to adapt quickly to new facility workflows and protocols
