Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Assignment Details
Contract Length: 26 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Requirements
- Active State License required prior to start
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient and acute settings working with adults
- BLS certification from American Red Cross
- EMR: Net Health Therapy and Meditech Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned patients as outpatient or inpatient.
- Plan and implement ongoing therapeutic physical therapy programs as prescribed by the ordering physician.
- Update treatment plans and home exercise programs regularly.
- Independently manage a full caseload and determine re-evaluation needs based on insurance authorization.
- Work during Hawaii State and Federal Holidays as necessary based on hospital operations. Compliance / Notes
- Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for an employee health appointment on Friday.
