Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, some weekends may be required
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they resonate with candidates who have relevant experience.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Conduct reference checks and extend job offers to selected candidates
- Assist Employment Specialist in filling positions
