RNs nurse to patient ratios for are 1:4 and PCU/Stepdown is 1:3- Tele

1-2 years of experience Tele, including experience in MedSurg acute care setting- 18 beds - Telemetry with 6 PCU capable beds. all private rooms- Will house COVID patients if needed - mixed unit with temporary walls and air handling system- 1 year of experience required - 2 years preferred- Charge nurse 24/7 will take 0-2 patients when needed- Nurse managers don't provide patient care, but they do rounds
