Senior Regional Partner Manager - Reseller, APAC

LastPass is looking for a Senior Regional Partner Manager – Reseller, APAC .

In this role, you will develop new partnerships and drive net-new revenue to grow LastPass’s APAC channel, helping LastPass deliver on its mission to give everyone seamless access to everything they need to work, move fast, and stay protected.

About the team:

The Strategic Partnerships & Growth team is responsible for building and expanding LastPass’s channel ecosystem across APAC. Working closely with reseller and alliance partners, the team drives net-new revenue through relationship-led sales, joint go-to-market initiatives, and long-term partner strategy — operating at the intersection of sales, strategy, and market expansion.

Who will you work with?

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the VP Channels and the broader Sales leadership team, as well as cross-functional partners in Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. Externally, you will engage directly with senior decision-makers at strategic reseller and alliance partner organisations across the APAC region to drive shared growth objectives.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing in-territory reseller partners, strengthening trust and driving mutual growth across the APAC region
• Hunt and acquire new strategic reseller partners to expand LastPass’s market reach and build net-new revenue streams
• Define and execute channel growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives, translating partner potential into measurable business outcomes
• Build executive-level relationships with senior stakeholders at key partner organisations, positioning LastPass as the preferred security partner
• Lead joint go-to-market planning sessions with partners, designing collaborative initiatives that accelerate pipeline and close rate
• Drive partner negotiations and structure commercial agreements that deliver long-term strategic value for both parties
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partners have the enablement and support they need to succeed
• Forecast and report accurately on partner-driven revenue using CRM and analytics tools, providing clear visibility to leadership

What does it take to work at LastPass?

• Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or channel sales within a SaaS or cybersecurity environment
• Proven track record of hunting and closing net-new partnerships, with a clear record of measurable revenue growth
• Proven experience building and executing channel growth strategies across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen, with a history of structuring and closing high-value partnership agreements
• Background in CRM and partner management platforms, including Salesforce , to forecast and report accurately on partner-driven pipeline
• Recognised internally as someone who operates with an entrepreneurial mindset — self-starting, results-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Known for building executive-level credibility and trust with senior stakeholders across diverse partner organisations
• Brings a consistent, high-energy presence to in-person partner engagement, with flexibility to travel extensively across the APAC region
