Additional Duties Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans and marketing campaigns to attract qualified members. Conduct market research to identify effective recruitment channels. Collaborate with program staff to determine recruitment needs and adjust strategies as needed. Coordinate and conduct presentations at colleges, job fairs, and community events. Utilize social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms to raise awareness. Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations. Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective candidates through targeted communication and outreach. Conduct informational meetings and provide personalized support to potential applicants. Serve as a champion for inclusion, ensuring recruitment efforts reach diverse communities. Support program staff in reviewing applications and identifying strong-fit candidates.
