Whether you're an experienced RBT or newly certified, you'll be supported by an experienced clinical team committed to quality care, professional development, and helping you grow in the field of ABA.WHAT YOU'LL DOProvide direct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autismImplement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Collect session data and complete documentation using our electronic data collection systemSupport communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill developmentFollow individualized behavior intervention and safety plansCollaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members to support client progressMaintain professional and compassionate interactions with clients and familiesComplete required documentation accurately and on timePOSITION DETAILSPay: $22.00–$27.00 per billable hourRequired Availability: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PMService Setting: In-Home – Emporia, VA 23847 areaClinical Supervision: Virtual BCBA supervisionThe days and times listed represent the availability required for this position and do not guarantee a specific work schedule, client assignment, or minimum number of hours. Actual schedules and assignments are based on client needs, service authorizations, cancellations, staffing, and operational needs. While this position requires Monday–Friday availability during the times listed above, occasional Saturday availability may be required based on client or operational needs.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSCandidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
