Job Description
The Sandwich Artist plays a key role in creating delicious sandwiches while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced food service environment. This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to food safety standards to ensure a positive experience for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food ingredients to meet quality and safety standards
- Assemble sandwiches accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications
- Provide friendly and courteous customer service to enhance the dining experience
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages for timely replenishment
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and dining areas
- Follow safety protocols and food handling guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in food service okay, but prefer some kitchen experience
- Food Handlers Card, or willing to obtain one immediately
