Fiber Installation Technician

$20+/Hr Starting Pay | Overtime Available | Large-Scale Technology Projects

Looking for a hands-on career in the rapidly growing telecommunications and data infrastructure industry? We're hiring Fiber Installation Technicians to support large-scale projects involving fiber optic cable installation, routing, and pathway systems.

This role is ideal for candidates with fiber, low voltage, telecommunications, construction, electrical, or cable installation experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for overtime and career growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Install and route fiber optic cable through conduit, innerduct, and pathway systems

• Pull and secure cable through underground and overhead pathways

• Read and interpret cable maps, blueprints, diagrams, and construction drawings

• Ensure proper cable management, bend radius, and installation standards are maintained

• Label, organize, and document completed work

• Work with project teams to complete installations on schedule

• Follow site-specific safety procedures and quality standards

• Assist with pathway installation, cable routing, and infrastructure buildout projects

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of fiber optic, telecommunications, low voltage, electrical, or construction experience

• Experience pulling and routing fiber cable preferred

• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and installation drawings

• Knowledge of conduit, innerduct, and cable pathway systems

• Comfortable working in confined spaces and active construction environments

• Valid driver's license

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Schedule

• Full-time opportunity

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $93600.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
