Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via secure video chat platforms, employing evidence-based techniques to enhance clients' mental health and well-being.

• Facilitating open discussions with clients about their emotions and life experiences, guiding them toward greater self-knowledge and improved relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will consist of prescreened individuals who are stable and exhibit low acuity needs. This allows you to concentrate on supportive and developmental counseling rather than crisis management, effectively promoting mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
\n
• An active and independent state-issued license, specifically one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to empathize with clients, and a commitment to ethical treatment practices.

• Computer literacy to efficiently navigate software systems used for client management and video conferencing.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity. Benefits include:
