About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Strategic Accounts in Project and Development Services. This key role is focused on the day-to-day management, growth, and financial performance of a portfolio of client relationships. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and actively seeking opportunities to expand each relationship. Responsibilities include P&L ownership, leading contract and staffing changes, and building governance frameworks to support the growth and success of the client accounts. The role also involves supporting new client pursuits and serving as a subject matter expert to ensure consistent service delivery across different geographies and service lines. Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree or professional certifications preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in account management, project management, construction management, real estate, or professional services is required, along with a proven track record in client relationship management and P&L ownership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract administration, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of project delivery models and commercial structures. Key skills include executive-level presence, strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication, and a collaborative mindset focused on service excellence and continuous improvement. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
