Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Details:

• Contract dates: August 10, 2026 – May 28, 2027
• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Multiple positions available

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Florida
• School-based OT experience is highly preferred (but not mandatory)
• Strong clinical and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to the unique needs of students across various age groups
• Must complete two-part district onboarding to obtain badge
• Comfort with credentialing and document submission, including service data and procedural agreements

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to students, addressing fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills impacting their school performance
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress, ensuring compliance with district and state requirements
• Flexibly manage caseload(s) and assignments according to district needs
